What do you think it took this person in the photo to get here? Were they air dropped, perhaps? Maybe they climbed or even crawled?
Think about challenges you face in your life.
How you choose to face them will
decide how you come out
on the other side.
Will you come away from your challenges
with arms lifted in triumph
or defeat?

Oftentimes I am inspired by reading an article, seeing a show, or merely walking down the street. Post some prompts that inspire you as a writer and the piece that came as a result.

How many times do we chase towards the end of a rainbow, seeking that ‘one last moment,’ hoping to capture something we feel is amiss. I was watching a show with Mitch Albom, author of ‘For One More Day.’ What would I give if I could spend precious moments with someone to tell them all the things I never said, do the things we never did? How would I react if I could touch that person, hold them and talk to them again, before they are gone again-for good.
Life is a complicated dance. We make decision on how to spend our time between career, family and social activities. Something always seems to fall by the wayside. That old familiar feeling of being torn in too many directions tugs at our hearts once again, begging to be heard.
I’m here to tell you not to ignore that calling. From personal experience, that nagging is really that so small voice asking you to ‘take one more day’ and give it back to yourself. Honor that voice and give it breath. Let it move where it will and see where it takes you.
Prompt: what would you do, who would you be with, or what experience do you desire to have for ‘one more day?’
