Dr. Asa Andrew’s book promotes a healthy lifestyle by thinking, eating and acting according to how you see your health. If you have a negative body image or eating habits, your lifestyle will suffer. Not only does he ask us to question how we live the way we do, but also why.
I found myself intrigued by his personal journey through unhealthy eating habits and the maze of traditional medicine to find himself asking such questions as ‘how do i achieve a healthy mind, body, and spirit through what i put into my heart, mind and, most importantly, my body?’
This is a must-read book for anyone who wants to change the way they think and feel about themselves, and the environment(s) they find themselves in.
I am one of his patient. I see him weekly.
I reccomend his book and him to everyone I know.

I’m working my way through his book which has been great so far and I’ll probably post an occasional comment on my blog as I go. I might even pay him a visit if circumstances permit.
